What to expect on your first class
~ Ring the bell and we’ll buzz you up
~ We’ll meet you on arrival, show you where to put your things, introduce the reformer and show you how the springs work
~ If you arrive on time you’ll have a chance to tell us anything about your body that you feel is important
~ We do not provide different exercises for different people but will provide modifications to make exercises more accessible
~ Wear comfy, stretchy, non-baggy clothes and bring along non-slip socks (available in the studio)- we’ll provide everything else.
